Here at Bag & Baggage, our experienced repair staff has been servicing all major and economy luggage brands since 1980. We are committed to making sure your luggage or briefcase is in great shape and functioning properly, and we offer an extensive list of services to ensure just that.
Our repairs temporarily are running 2-3 weeks and can be dropped off at any location. RUSH service available for an extra charge. We call you with any repair over $25 for your approval.

Please print and fill out the Mail-In Repair form. Place completed form in the box when shipping to our location. Once received, repairs are currently running on a 3-4 week turnaround. If your bag is not under warranty, you will receive a phone call regarding payment.
